Can anyone tell me the author of this poem on infidelity.

Here's to the moments that are stolen
for stealing is certainly wrong.
But after the moments are stolen
To whomn do they really belong.
If you had a barrell of apples
Sitting in your cellar to rot
And your neighbor came along and ate one,
Would you blame him,certainly not..
For apples were made to be eaten
and moments were made for delight.
At least thats what we tell our consciense
When we can';t sleep at night.
