...that despite being one of the most worthy candidates for publication in reflections may very well miss the cut due to its length. Judging by the number of replies it has received I feel most of you would agree it should be there. Everyone please check out this poem and if you havent voted yet....

I was the 7th to vote.  Darn, but it won't let me vote again...however, I agree with you Jamie - so I will do what I can go promote the HECK out of it!  It SURELY deserves to be in Reflections!

Yes, my reply is in. Rules are meant as guidelines and sometimes an editor must use discreption for exemption. My vote is in.
I have read this poem before and the image of red rain was striking. I'd like to see it in print so others can too!

Agreed! I've already voted, but the length makes it difficult to garner sufficient votes. Ron may find a way though.
Hey Ron, can I vote 2 or 3 times for this one, or Martie, is there any way to edit it to become two pages without losing it's impact?

And like I said in my comment, if that one doesn't make the book, why have a book?

Hey Jamie...I just saw this..and it made my day...maybe I could make it less lines...but don't think I can edit it this late...in any case, on a day that has been a bit of a challange, this is a smile..thank you!!

There are some other poems in the middle of passions that are also worthy of publication that are very long that need some love and attention too....take some extra time everyone and at least read these too.
