I received this in an email today. Thought it was funny and potentially humbling to a 'great thinker' such as myself. Ha! The correct answers follow the questions. 1. Do they have a 4th of July in England? Don’t know, Yes, No 2. How many birthdays does the average man have? Don’t know. 1, 2, 3++, 5++, 10++ 3. Some months have 31 days; how many have 28? Don’t know,1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 4. How many outs are there in an inning? Don’t know, 2, 3, 6, 8 5 .Is it legal for a man in California to marry his widow's sister? Don’t know, Yes, No 6. Divide 30 by 1/2 and add 10. What is the answer? Don’t know, 10, 25, 35, 50, 70, 90 7. If there are 3 apples and you take away 2, how many do you have? Don’t know, 1, 2, 3 8. A doctor gives you three pills telling you to take one every half hour. How many minutes would the pills last? Don’t know, 20, 40, 60, 90 9. A farmer has 17 sheep, and all but 9 die. How many are left? Don’t know, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 10. How many animals of each sex did Moses take on the ark? Don’t know, 3, 2, 1, 0 11. How many two cent stamps are there in a dozen? Don’t know, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 END OF QUESTIONS ANSWERS 1. Yes-----it’s the day after the 3rd of July 2. 1------you’re only born once 3. 12------they all have 28 days and some have a few more 4. 6-----3 for each team 5. I got a couple 1. A boat has a ladder going into the water, and each step is a foot apart. As of now, there are two steps under water. When the tide comes in and the water rises 3 feet, how many steps are gonna be in the water? 2. A plane crashes in the border of Indiana and Illinois. Many were lost, but miraculously a lot of the passengers survived. So, where are you gonna burry them, in Illinois or in Indiana? answers: 1. 2 -- the boat rises with the water 2. no where, they survived "So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this give life to thee." Hehe.. I got a sheet last year with all of these questions on it, and had fun trying to figure them out. --Marie I never thought that you would ever be the one to let me down. I guess that just goes to show how wrong I always am. |

Those were fun. How about this test? MIND TEASERS This test does not measure your intelligence, your fluency with words, and certainly not your mathematical ability.
