Contradictions If I was to be shot, point blank 1000 times It merely scratches the surface of my inner paradigms I sign peace treaties and then I start the fight For Christmas I bought my epileptic brother a strobe light I ignite the fuse after the explosion Sociological starch, physically stained, mental corrosion The erosion of thoughts, implosion of rejection Paranoid of needles so I opt for an injection I’m scared of the dark, so I made myself blind Took 3 seconds to crack the maze in my mind I’m a slug and lazy, so I run everywhere I broke my spine to justify using a wheelchair If I was to be shot, point blank 1000 times in the head It merely scratch nothing, obviously id be dead I punch people who smile and laugh at people who cry Congratulate death, discourage birth and teach fish to fly Win the pulzer prize for writing just 7 words “My psyche fly’s higher then wingless birds” God himself could strike me with a lightning bolt He’s perfect so id tell him it’s all his fault Drop cigarettes into 3rd world countries, in-fact I counteract every attack with a counter attack to strike back Eat a snack pack just to break the classification of meals Talking to a burn's victim, asking him how he feels I scream contradictions, yell rebellion and whisper hope I speak positively and voluntarily begin to choke Good things come in small packages, bigger is better Opposites attack, birds of a feather flock together The weather is calm so I decide to stay inside I wait until I’m found before I decide to hide I’m that guy who will throw the first stone I’ll sit on the phone and converse with the dial tone Our whole existence is a excuse to contradict But contradicting that doesn’t work, now does it? I can live my Rebellion through words and thought But ironic fantasies and dreams cant be bought My cruel examples are dismissed as an ignored lesion But bigger hypocrisy is accepted by everyone without question This blind savage bliss will last to the very end But by judging my thoughts, who’s the one’s being contradictive then? |

This is a very intelligent and enjoyable read.
