I Am Me

Sometimes I laugh
And sometimes I cry
Sometimes I want to
Crawl in a hole and die

Sometimes I'm me
And sometimes I'm not
Sometimes I'm serene
There've been times I've fought

Sometimes I'm hidden
And sometimes I'm shown
Sometimes I love
And sometimes I don't

I am me
I will always be
I'll continue to be
Forever and ever, I am me

 Hope,

Don't ever be anyone else. I like you, am sure others do too

May your roof never fall in and those beneath it never fall out.

Irish proverb.

Just be yourself.. If others can't accept that, then you're hanging around the wrong people.  Nice poem..

MAY THE ROAD RISE TO MEET YOU,
MAY THE WIND BE ALWAYS AT YOUR BACK
MAY THE SUN SHINE UPON YOUR FACE
THE RAINS FALL SOFT UPON YOUR FIELDS
AND, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN,
MAY GOD HOLD YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND

Irish Blessing

As Cat said, always be yourself.  For those who accept you - great!!  For those who don't - it's their loss.  Good poem.
