The Simple Connection The brass reflective door knob lock plays guessing games with rings of keys. Trying desperate attempts to enter with solemn darkness hindering vision the simple connection becomes impossible. Standing, shivering in the darkness a sliver of a streak of starlight gives determination a second chance yet with the stumbling element of stupidity the simple connection remains impossible |

I like it! When I read this poem I relate it to every day life (which may not be your intent) - making wrong choices, missing obvious connections. |

Janet Marie: Thank You very much, I have to admit I've been on a roll, I'm glad you've been enjoying them. It's one thing to be on a roll, it's another thing to please also. I hope I can keep it up cause I dislike it when I am empty. Little_Spyro: Thank You for your kind words, I am having a problem seeing the vase myself though, but if you saw it and thought it looks good I take your word for it, sometimes we can't see half of what other people gather from our poetry childomine: Thank You, I like what you saw in the poem, my vision was focused on a certain situation.
