My heart balances precariously on thin line It ought to be cautious, yet it can't help beating "thump thump" It can't help feeling foolish It can't help jumping up and down vigorously Of course it fails and falls Tiredness engulfs me, an overwhelming black vacuum that threatens(and does so) to swallow me up Energy sapped, Headache throbbing, I sleep, too weary to care |
