Through the years
I've wished to be
A grown up inside
This world I see
I've had my days
Of joyful glee
Turned upside down
Writhed inside of me
Stars have their moment
And then they die
At work I glowed
Blinding the light
Friends did abound
All came knocking
And running through
Straight in the door
In school passing tests
Radiating all the way
Going along at a happy speed
Skipping along at good beat
A groove in my dreams
With a bounce in my step
Smile across my face
My heart pounding
At wonderous things
One sudden day
All falling quite into place
There I saw you in my space
A joyous day I will never forget
My angel sparkling bright
Oh what smiles and such charm
Gently moving right to me
Lost in such total awe of you
While we stood there together
You simply completed me

" you simply completed me" Lovely and so romantic. ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

Out of longing great wonders have been willed
