Frost waits patiently,
while flowers dance in the sun
celebrating life.

Flushed and excited,
the pink rose leans toward the bee,
waiting for its kiss.

Thanks everyone for your comments!  I saw Haikus in this forum and thought I would submit a couple too!

I have a couple of questions though.
First, does Haiku HAVE to be about nature?  Can the subject be about other things?
And second, what is Tanka?
