(Spyro's Note: Just kinda imagine the "Ode to Joy" hymn playing along with this, okay?     )

How do you write
All those pieces
Rhyming with such har-mony?
Don't I wish that
I could make that
Great and won'drous po-etry!

Words arranged so
Thought pro-voking
How I want to write that way--
Joy I wish that
I could read some
Of your writing ev'ry day!

All the people
Here at Passions
Seem to like your works of art
They are all right
It's quite a sight
And it's truly from the heart!

Reading o-ver
Boring? Ne-ver
Patterns in your words to-day
Streaming, flowing,
Skill is growing
And behind you all the way!

(The music fades from the ears of all listening. The little purple dragon steps down from the conductor's stand and gently lays his baton on the velvet pad. The memory, the wand like magic, stirring up the orchestra, making the song rise up like a thousand graceful birds fluttering up into the night.

And the audience was silent.)

"Paintings and sculptures are art that comes from the hand, eye, and heart. Spoken and written verse comes from the mouth and heart. But music, the universal language, truly comes from the soul."

LS, that was great! Sometimes when I'm reading your work, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

The image of this crashing orchestra blasting out Beethoven, and a 20-member choir singing those words in four part harmony....and all of them being conducted as you described....

Wish I could see it live....

It's 3am I must be lonely,
When she says baby,
Well I can't help but be scared of it all sometimes,
Says the rains gonna wash away I believe it."

Bravo, Bravo.

That was brilliant! I sang your poem in the style of Beethoven. You should put that up as a web page. A nice font with an attractive background and synthesised Ode to Joy playing.

Child...you seem to always amaze with your works of art.  One day when you're famous, we can say when knew him WHEN!  This is wonderful!

Sorry, I just noticed I used the word "much" quite a bit there in my reply.  I couldn't help but laugh at myself.  I just had to make note of that (in case anyone else noticed) !!!!

lol Swamp, I don't think I'm going to have a receding hairline until I'm about 40-something, or if I choose to get a buzz...

I brought this to the top again because...well, call it a hunch (and hunches are easily proven wrong), but I think Joy needs some cheering up!
I'm working on another poem for her right now, but just thought Joy should know any holes she may have can't get anywhere near her soul...
