Ask yourself this question
what does it take for you to see
the priceless gifts from God
he gave to you and me

The feel of the heavenly wind
as it brushes one's face
gentlY making you sigh
for in it you felt God's grace

The smile of an innocent child
full of truth and pureness
another reason given
for these gifts so priceless

A hand extended out in kindness
whether rich or poor
someone embracing you
with compassion and much more

The gift of true love
two people share in a special way
a child created from that love
one more priceless gift seen this day

Happiness that comes from the heart
joy arising from your soul
gift after gift
these are the things that keep us whole

Special are the riches
that we must recognize
not the wealth of greed and money
for no priceless gifts within them lies

Hatred and coldness
can never outweigh love and care
for the mind body soul and heart
feed off these priceless gifts we share

so spend some time today
realizing what priceless gifts you posses
if you are lacking any at all
