Their Minister Drove a Fancy Cadillac Car.
Provided to him by the Church Every Year.
A well respected man in the community.
For him did the public cheer.
One Sunday Morn However, a lowly ragged Beggar came in
to worship Jesus wiwth whom he had heard were God'S very own friends
His Face Unshaven, his clother were ragged, an odor of bourbon on his breath.
Walking into the Sanctuary the Hypocrites Statres, believeing he was living death.
A deacon said 'Sir, this is the House of the Lord, not the house of the
riff raff and vermin.'
'Kindly leave.' And so the beggar did leave leave, as the Hypicrite preached his sermon.
Sitting out side the big fine structure did the Beggar start to cry.
Tears of pain and teas of woe, as waterfalls falling from his eyes.
IN raspy slurred voice He there did pray 'God I know I dont looik like much. I've had some bad breaks in my life here on earth. Just wanted to know your touch.
My ex-ife and my children how I miss them so. What I'd do to have tehm back again. I made terrible mistakes, I know that Lord. I just wanted to be with your friends. If they dont forgive me, Lord I know you will. Hear thoy hte beggars cry.
Lord let me enter into thy blessed PResence, when to this old earth I die.'
With that the beggar to his feet did rise, staggering down the street.
A life filled with woe a life filled with anger, a lifed devoid of what's sweet.
As he was waliing back to the Mission, A pain he felt in his chest.
The pain grew mofe fierce, it became unbearable. Another Curse. OR WAS HE BEING BLESSED?'
He had a massive heart attack and died on the public street.
The ambulance came, but too late to help him. There lay the beggar, unkept and un neat.
The Angels Carried him to The Pearly Gates. Saint Peter was waiting there.
Jesus asked 'Pete is his name written down.'
'Hold on Lord. I hop so , I care.'
ANd Peter looked up the beggars name. 'Here tis. Son come on in.'
And there did the Beggar See Jesus, His Absolute best dearest friend.
The Lord threw his arms around him, on his cheek planting holy kiss.
The Beggars Rags turned to regal white silk.'Is Heaven exactly like this?'
'Son' Jesus said as from the tearry eyes of the Beggar wiped he Them Tears.
'I was mistreated just that way that you were. ON Earth knoew I great fears.'
'By my Father's Grace, I however over came. ANd the same thing you did this Sunday.'
'Come on son, Stay for an Eternity. Every Day Here is a fun day!'

(big hugggssssssss) Oh my gosh, it makes me so angry and sad to see such needy people like this in our world always being mistreated, for Jesus lived to help and aid the poor and meek and make them strong with love and compassion, and I find the hypocrites who excess greed to be the most selfish people in the world! (sad sigh) My heart goes out to all people like him in the world and I pray they can find those who truly have the heart to help and reach out, as they will always be guided by His love from above! (sigh) This is a sad but powerful poem, sweet friend, God Bless your golden heart, we all love you so much!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I am glad your story had a happy ending.  But the ministers I know would not have turned him away.  Joyce
