Soldiers of the cross,
when we remember our burdens,
don't forget Jesus is lifting
with you on behalf of your shoulders.
When you think of your sins,
think of blood of Christ.
You're forgiven when you ask,
sincerely repent have saved you.
You're children of our God,
Pure and tame in his eyes.

Soldiers of the cross,
forget your sorrow in distress.
Together sing Alleluia,
praises of the Lord.
Just when you think it's a dream,
think of the blessing you have.
How lucky you're than many,
be content with peace.
If you've time to regret,
why not helps the needy.
Time passes like a wink,
Watch your marching step.
