Star of Bethlehem
Shine your light to Christ the babe's
manger in my heart

Belief is a truth held in the mind; faith is a fire in the heart.

Mom, I still picture the little manger in our house with the little pile of straw that always remained empty until Christmas day when every year one of us would put the ceramic baby jesus in it. (isn't it MY turn this year??? haha) And that memory is still in my heart, too.  This is my favorite of all the Haiku's you have written.

Love,

beth

Love it!  Also your daughters response, a family tradition that's created a lasting beautiful memory.
