How beautiful is the sunrise, With its swirls of yellow and gold, Waiting in the east, Breathless to unfold. The multi colored rainbow, Bowing gracefully in the sky, A perfect image of beauty, A promise to all mankind. A lovely field of flowers, Swaying softly with the breeze, A delicate dance they do, One of grace and total ease. Now all of this was painted, By one hand sure and true, A heavenly work of art, A loving gift to me and you. |
