Of all the blessings,
Given from above,
The sweetest of all,
Is Agape Love.

Agape Love's universal,
Dating back from creation,
Great care and devotion,
Calling us into relation.

Agape Love promotes,
Good will toward All,
Giving others preference,
Helping others stand tall.

Agape Love is unconditional,
Is by everyone shared,
Toward the just and unjust,
Gods' mercy and tender care.

The ultimate example,
Of what Agape Love means,
Is clearly shown forth,
In JOHN 3:16.

Dear Brother,
You give us a beautiful statement of a most wonderful gift-that reaches all- and can serve us all well, if put to action in our lives-warmed by the Fathers Love.  A most worthy meditation. Thank you for sharing these precious thoughts.  David

Dennis; What a beautiful poem of universal
love. To me, that's the kind of love that abounds here at passions.
You have written this with your usual eloquent style.  Ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life..." (I just had to write it.)  With all the frivolous love being offered today, it was wonderful of you to reminded us about a Love that will last through the dawn of forever.  Bob <><

Thank you for the wonderful lines on the meaning of real love.  I often wonder if it's the ability or will causing one to miss that fullness.

I have to admit, I had to do a little checking to find out what the truly wondrous piece you've written actually meant...and now I do!

So thank you!
