Flicker

                            i
                          lit a
                          candle
                       the other day
                     to light the room
                    because the sun had
                      gone to bed and
                      the candle said
                           to me
                           "ouch,
                            that
                        hurt  –  you
                      burned my hair!"
                     "i'm sorry" said i,
                      "i did not know!"
                      "not know indeed,
                      when you stick a
                      flame to my head!"
so i lit my hair upon
                    fire.  "you are right
                  little flame – it hurts."
