That place with padded walls and funny people in white.........

Picturesque Ramblings

The street is littered with crackling thieves
That purloined from us all of summer’s bliss
The wind is coldly caressing the leaves
Shivering the world with an icy kiss

And then I think, I’m so in love with this
The wind so chilled while the trees are on fire
For once in my life, there’s nothing amiss
I’ve been subtly touched by autumn’s desire

But even right now, I am a liar
I lie in the face of beauty unmatched
I’m no more than a face on a flyer
Watching the world while sinfully detached

So no one believe a word that I say
I don’t belong, I am nothing today

Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices.
