Sometimes all the talk in the world. Every word ever uttered has to stand in awe to the utterances of this one sacred word read the poem to find out what it is. One word By Charlie Herring You know my inner soul You have become a part of my whole To lose you would be to lose A part of me You steady my march, When the road gets rocky You help me cross the bridge When the waters get choppy You help me stand for what I believe When my faith was tested you kept me strong You helped me feel like I belonged And when I was in my toughest fight And I did not think I would get out alive You took my hand to guide me You showed me what my life could be And for all you do for me And for all you believe I can be I bestow upon you the highest title Higher then "I" or "We" More important that "He" or "She" The highest title a mortal can bestow One without crown or throne That word, that sacred word, that one word FRIEND work like you don't need the money, dance like no one's watching, and love like you've never been hurt |
