You don't know how I feel Cuz I'm too scared to say I'm just so afraid That you'll be the same way Controlling and possesive Pushing me to do Things that I don't want to Cuz I can't say no to you I'm scared that you won't love me That you'll just push me away I'm so afraid to love you You might lead my heart astray I want to feel that love again But I don't know how to trust I don't want to hurt again What if it's only lust I try to believe That love won't hurt this time I just want you to fix This broken heart of mine I don't want to be scared I just want to feel whole Please be honest with me Don't break my heart and soul |

Please take my words to heart. Fear has no place in a relationship. I know this first hand, I lived it for 8 years. If you are afraid to be yourself then the relationship will never work. If one person tries to dominate and control you already then it will only worsen in time. Be brave and be true to yourself. You are strong and beautiful and deserving of respect and kindness. Never sell yourself short. Being alone is much better then being with someone who controls you. What will you do if you are with this one when the right one comes along? Love will find you, you just need to be patient and independent. |
