Chase Jackson
February 27, 1983-September 2, 1999
Varsity Football #26

You loved playing football
You had tons and tons of friends
We all loved you dearly
And didn't want your life to end

You will be missed by all who knew you
We all loved you so
We will miss you dearly
We didn't want to see you go

You had very few enemies
But there were those who didn't care
It was those people who ruined your life
Who would have thought they'd even dare!?!

You were the sweetest guy I'd known
Always brigtening up people's days
You had an impact on everyones life
In so many ways

It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn't go alone
When you left your place on earth
We knew God was taking you home!

This is in memory of Chase Jackson of Yakima Wa. We will miss him very much. He's going to missed by everyone who knew him. I would just like to say sorry to all his friends and family for losing a GREAT friend and wonderful son. But he will always be there in our hearts. Never let that go. Keep his memory alive. Chase, I Love and Miss You!!!

I find it very amazing that you were able to post a poem with so much emotion. I have lost and the thought of being able to write so much without tears running free, well great job on a wonderful peice. I'm sorry about your loss, but it seems as though you are doing great at dealing. Wonderful job on the discription of emotions...

Thanks for your post. I'm really not dealing with it that greatly, but I'm trying. I don't really show my emotions as much as I did when it all first happened. But I still break down in front of people once in a while. The whole time I wrote this poem, I cried. And while I was posting it, I cried. Everytime I read it, I cry. It's just a really hard thing for me to get through right now, and any support is helping little by little. Thanks
