When in times, we are apart
is when our friendship leaves the heart.

When one leaves the room of "friends"
a "smack" session soon begins

When words of hatered flee the mouth
or a "friend" that keeps you in doubt

It makes me want to scream and shout
because my love for you comes out

Friend, how can I trust thee?
Because I'll be the next to leave.

How can I put trust at hand,
when words of hatred come from man.

I am different from you my friend
I'll stand by you 'till the end.

And when the end does come I'll know,
becuase the anger soon will show.

And even then I'll cry and tear,
because my friend, that is my fear.

Of our trust falling to the ground,
like an ancient baby doll.

All the tears and laughter throuhg the years
that we've shared, all that now will smear.

And you I know, will move on and grow
and memories or our friendship won't show.

Friend, i've known your for a few short years
but still it seems throughout my life, we've shared laughter,and some tears.

Friend this is my way of hoping,
that our relationship keeps growing.

I know at times we say thoughts out loud,
but please, it's better than pushing to the ground.

Friend when I don't know why your mad,
it makes me feel extremely sad.

I wish you'd tell me first at hand,
but then I hear it in the end.

But friend what hurts me most of all,
is knowing you weren't mad at all.

But extremely sad like me,
and thinking that I was mad.

So friend you see,
I wish for you to talk to me-

Because in the end, I fear
that our friendship will end, in future years...
