ok I know this is off, but oh well!

For three whole days I wondered
What it was I was gonna do.
My computer took a nose dive
Windows refused to come back too.

Goodbye to all the files
And pictures of my friends.
All things that I had stored up
Suddenly came to an abrupt end.

I sadly erased the hard drive
Almost with tears in my eyes.
We then reinstalled our Windows
Which worked to my surprise.

The server then wouldn't function
I thought that I would go nuts.
It would not read the disc
An error! No if's and's or but's!

Three days I sat so lonely
Couldn't chat with all my friends.
Couldn't read the poetry
You wrote with Artistic Pens.

I was going through withdrawl
I wanted to talk with you.
There was no way I could tell you
There was nothing I could do.

I'm glad that it is fixed now
And that I'm back online.
Sure wouldn't want to go through this
Not even one more time.

I had plenty of time to sleep
And get my housework done.
Though I'd rather be on my puter
Cause it's just a lot more fun!

I really missed you guys!

You poor thing. That's worse than a power outage. I'm glad you managed a fix.

Thanks to you all! I'm glad to be back. I tell you it was hell not being able to talk with anyone! Funny you have so much to say when you're not able to. Thanks you guys I really did miss you and all this poetry!!!

grhhh, I've went through this before. I'm glad you got through it o.k. At least you got something done, housework, etc... I just layed around in a deep depression. Good poem.

It was when I went to reinstall the disc for aol, it wouldn't read it. There was damage in the disc, I had to find a new one in a hurry! LOL...

Sorry that happened WhtDove. It is such a lonely feeling not being able to chat after being used to it. I'm sure I shall withdraw symtoms when I go on holiday!!
