Lord, Your love shines to the heavens
Your faithfulness through the skies
Your righteousness as bold
as mighty mountains
Your beauty fills our eyes
Lord, You cherish both man and beast
a love so priceless and true
In cover of Your wings, all Your children,
find shelter, a refuge in You

We feast on the glory of Your love
and drink from Your river of delights
For with You is the fountain of life
in Your love we see light

Continue Your love to those who know You
Your righteousness to all who stay
May the foot of the proud not come against me
or the hand of evil push me away

Through Your justice the evil have fallen,
thrown down, unable to rise.
Oh Lord, we lift our hearts to You
may Your glory be seen in our lives.

does anybody know
does anybody care
what are the words
we're attempting to share

Nice to see a christian poem on the site.
Well written. I don't know about you but when I write poems of faith it releases such emotions in my soul!
