well of stagnation

O’ well of stagnation,
reveal your depths;
shine your darkness on my sullen spirit and
enlighten my suffering—
enclose your walls around my creative will;
tighten the abysmal tunnel that constricts the flow of
of Truth which guides my desperation;
place me on my appropriate island of solitude
surrounded by the isolating current of profound nothingness;
of sickly artificiality;
of cancerous conformity;
of cultural slavery that shackles us to
mortal meaninglessness;
O’ well of stagnation,
allow your ivory tides to moat my fortress of
subjectivity;
compress my desires into a
solidified infinity of frozen self and
personal
truth.
