My old soul is echoed by Moonlight,
The first poet friend I had.
Her beauty tends to come out at night,
For which I am truly glad.

In answer to the darling Sunshine,
Who was eager to reply.
It was not my place to call you mine,
Now that I know you, may I?

Sweet Alwye, try to forgive me please,
I didn't mean to offend.
I enjoy your warmth and how you tease,
Let our friendship never end.

Elvira, you cast a subtle spell,
As a ghostly presence here.
We're cast from the same mold. You can tell,
By the way we carry fear.

The next I meet only in e-mail,
Felecia, my dearest friend.
My dear, I really wish I could tell,
Where this friendship would end.

You know, I had a Red Letter day,
a free spirit I just met.
I'm really glad she's come my way,
I'm sure we'll both benefit.

Though I have intended no deceit,
It seems you might think I did.
This false deception is now complete,
My dalliances were never hid.

very nice, I like how you paint each "lady" as a unique soul. Well done, for each of us is a wild beauty, as you have let all know.

He who opens his arms to the world, must expect to have a few ladys in his grasp.

Nevertheless he can not be all Evil. Perhaps that is why he is known as Dream.

Dream on !

I agree with elvira, you are quite the charmer...and a great poet too. Keep it up, Dream!

Ah DreamEvil, a spell you weave
and not your practice to deceive
I'll be yours, so it seems
as we visit each other's dreams.

Great expectations! Thanks for including me among your lovelier ladies.
