you say i look all to cold to you,
as if my soul were broken,
my mind lost somewhere,
in times now unspoken.

you reach out to comfort me,
and that emotion hurts me more,
knowing games are natural,
as they always were before.

your eyes trace my body,
but mine remain closed,
in-sync with my heart,
but you dont seem to know.

you say that you are sorry,
but it cant replace the sound,
of all the pain you caused,
teardrops always fell so loud.

you place your arm around me,
and i realize your not real,
you can no longer hold me,
hate changes how i feel.

your eyes wander aimlessley,
and you speak of immaturity,
a little girls lying eyes,
have been all youve ever seen in me.

you ask me to be honest,
to you and to myself,
but see there are no comprimises,
to the emotions i have felt.

i hate your eyes,
and the way you think ill always love you,
i know now i no longer can,
for once accept the truth.

i never wanted to need you,
you were only an illusion,
i never want to see you,
ive come to this conclusion.

i hate the way you used me,
i wont miss the games you played,
forget you ever knew me,
its easier that way.

I love poetry that makes me feel something. This one certainly succeeded in doing that. Well done.
