Your doubt, your pain, I understand
-I humbly wait - to take your hand
The world is dark and harsh - I know
Beneath its scourge - I feel each blow.

For each tear shed - I shed one too
Please come to me - I'll comfort you;
Within these arms of love you'll find
Sure respite kind - true peace of mind.

And when the storms of life assail
This love of Mine shall never fail;
I'll be your anchor sure and true
And through each gale - I'll go with you.

You have been hurt - that's understood
But all your pain - I'll work for good
And though men's evil I've not wrought
I've shed My blood - redemption bought...

To loose the chains - to set souls free
To rise above life's storm-tossed sea;
There's much the mind can't understand;
Just so much pain it can withstand.

My humble heart cries out to you;
I gave My all - My life - it's true;
Your grief, your fear, I understand...
I offer you - the Master's hand.

Beautiful! But maybe some different wording on the last stanza in the 2nd part. But over all it was so comforting and beautiful!!!

All my life I have believed and served that Heart of Hearts...but...life has seemed to prove to me an otherwise reality.

Your words were beautiful.I still would wish them to be true-but it's been raining for too long now.

Thank you for reading and commenting, Paul. I much appreciate it! I'm sorry for your rain. I wish you fairer skies and brighter days!
Pehaps this would help. Isn't reality multi-faceted? Perhaps the facet we look at is the reality that we experience. I try to filter everything through His purpose and providence. No one's life is perfect and pain free. What we can glean from our own personal circumstances, when placed in His hands, can lead to peace of heart and mind. I wish you better days, Paul. Thanks again for your words.

Denise...how beautifully stated, I think faith is all that has gotten me by on some days...for without faith, we are nothing.

Paul, I hope you find light amoung the clouds very soon now.
