They say we speak an unknown tongue, the forgotten language of those who live outside the boundaries of their frail and useless minds…………………….

Throughout the convoluted and drawn out history of mankind, the world has spewed forth a great multitude of people. Amongst this vast wasteland, there are those whose actions have shaped everything we did, and will do.  While their causes, ideals and methods were all different; I have discovered a long hidden secret.  At the core of their very being, they all fit nicely into one of three distinct categories.
The first, and most prominent, are the blind.  They remain dedicated to a single event, to which all things are based around.  Missing the very nature of their message, but drawing millions of followers.  They stagger about the plains of life following their own delusions, and very often failing because they refuse to accept anything that cannot be defined by their cause.  Marring the lines that history records them under by following a dream they cannot even understand, much less use.  Sadly, however, they draw the majority of the world by their appeal to the common folk……
The second, and perhaps most loved, are the peacemakers.  They see wrong, but do not hate, instead they work for change slowly, patiently, because they understand it takes time to see a goal carried out.  Unlike “the blind”, their followers are dedicated and loyal, willing to spend both their time and energy to insure a change for the better. Trust those who follow this creed, for they understand their ideals perfectly, and are willing to wait, and tolerate.  Thankfully, they tend to draw the more intelligent of our world, which is why we do not see enough of these individuals working for change.
The final are reserved only for the dire times when the world is headed for a worse fate than those who it summons will bring upon it.  Cause and indignation are born into them, their blood runs with an attraction to the dark side of life the rest of the population will not accept.  To them, everything is a tool, another object of leverage that could possibly bring them closer to a goal the world will not accept.  Life, death, love, hate, war, peace, employed by “contract” until they are found to be ineffective.  Most cannot even begin to fathom their ways, minds too weak to understand the dire need of their presence.  Their followers somehow feel tied to the cause and are willing to sacrifice everything to see their goal carried out.  To society, they are madmen, to those who know them, like the gods of ancient myths.  Reshaping the world around them to fit an ultimate goal, which no one can define.
To conclude, fear the first, aid the second, and hope you die before the third is unleashed upon the world.  The first and second will be tolerable, but the third will break the very structure of the world, forcing it into a mold to which it does not want to conform.

Remember these words, at least now the many feeble minded among us will be able to justify their lives………..

&dispose,

Since this is not your writing, we thought you wanted an open discussion of this therefore it's been moved to the Philosophy Forum. We accept ORIGINAL prose but not someone else's copyrighted work. Thank you,

Christopher

And I'll follow this with an apology! I was misled by your use of "Author Unknown."

Sorry bout that!
