Sitting on a park´s bench and feeling the sun bask my dry skin for the last time today I saw a leaf glide downwards to it´s last place on this earth (that is until someone rakes it up), Fall, I thought, that leaf won´t ever fall again. Yet I would have never known it was, at least not until I saw it die. Humans, each a leaf in the grand tree of life, a leaf stemmign from various branches, each following it's own path toward the sun, yet all belonging to the same organism, sharing the same trunk and roots. Some die early amid thier summer, other's last even trought the harshest of winters. Fall. We will all glide towards the earth again, and maybe then someone will spot our descent and marvel at our last stand on Earth....

This is beautiful.....and makes me think.

Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices.
