Did I do something wrong with my submissions to  Sir Walter Scott's Poetry in the Classic Poetry section, they've disappeared...??  I typed most of these straight out of the Wordsworth Poetry Library edition of The Works of Sir Walter Scott, 1998.   Many internet versions I found were incomplete and I ammened them and added some of the endnotes/footnotes that are refferred to in the abovementioned text...actually too many aren't even on the internet yet for Scott admirers, which I thought unfortunate, but I couldn't think of a better home to submit them into

You didn't do anything wrong - but I did.

During our earlier hard disk crisis, there were a lot of files shuffled between our three servers, trying to make room for a full backup of the forum database. Apparently, in the process, I inadvertently replaced our latest Classic Poetry update with a previous one. I'm glad you said something, because I didn't realize the mistake until you made me go look.

It'll probably take a few days to correct. I'll have to upload the latest update again, and pushing 1,688 files across the phone line takes a while.

Ron,
I just want to let you it looks like the updates have ran away from home again...
