Tears of Love

As I drown in a flood of my own tears,
I think of what we could have had together.
Each tear is a moment we could have shared.
The tears roll down my face,
And drop one by one onto the wet floor.
Somehow, this reminds me of the sound,
That your heart made while it beat so close to mine.
Never again will I be happy; never again will I feel loved.
Maybe I could have survived,
But you broke me completely.
It might be stupid but can you blame me.
I gave my love to someone I didn't really know.
You will always have a place inside of me.
Next to my broken dreams, inside my broken heart.
Neither of which will ever be whole again.

Nightspear...I like this poem. But I think when you said role, you meant roll.
