Looking out across the still lake
Mirrored reflections catch my eye
The beauty is so breathtaking
That all I can do is sigh

Mother nature dons her jewels
Just as all royalty would do
Emeralds and crimson rubies
And a hint of topaz to view

My soul gathers a peaceful strength
As I take in this scene of pure bliss
I'm reminded while in the midst
Just why I adore days like this

The vision and the vision's repartee is something to behold, to look yon toward the vision so sweet, and the morsels of your wonderful wordplay cannot be matched by any . . . only by the gods and goddess' among us.

Its beauty is a reverance, one only exceeded by the beauty in your interpretation of it, Miss Pinky.

Splendidly delicious!

I loved reading this and it reminds us all to stop and enjoy not just the road as we travel through life but look toward the horizon, listen for the quiet running streams. To be still.

Work like money doesn't matter, love like you've never been hurt, dance like nobody's watching...
