listening - and without the weight of meaning pressed against sound, everything heard drifts again to the silence of its home. ~ We are simply the receiving, emptiness in a giving state, eager to be filled. We can be known through distance, offering spaciousness for objects to appear, or steps to be measured. Our gift is in being open, as capacity for form to be present.
