I have lived
on the mean streets of my America
and to the ordinary
hum-drum life in small towns
even participated in upper society
no matter
where I found myself
I observed
unashamedly women’s beauty
came to the conclusion
nothing could come close
to outshining women’s beauty
if there is indeed a heaven
then there
is where her attractiveness comes from
eh, the worlds tries
in vain to compete with her beauty
teaming up homicide with lust
showing the world
where the world sees beauty
and of course they throw in love
these physical acts do not
touch women’s beauty
because it is a stand alone thing
men’s insatiable and eternal
agonies of craving
for her heavenly flesh
her beauty surrounds us
nature tries vainly to compete
with its
the endless skies
and the mountains high
the earth holds beauty just for looking
but all these are dim and bereft
compared to the beauty
of a women
it is an internal and outward
flame feeding flames
keeping women’s beauty
alive forever

I couldn't agree more Mr. Bolton. Well said!

Pass the Glade if you're going to do that here...

Well Jerry, you ole stinker, you practically made me feel pretty. But I know in my heart and in my head covered in bed-head hair, I can see with my mascara smudged eyes that we aren't always as lovely as we would like to be. Speaking for the rest of the estrogen, we truly appreciate the thought. ~L

"bed-head hair" or not, there is a loveliness about you, Lori, that all those so-called imperfections cannot hide your the beauty which is you.

Ah, many thanks, Blues . . . Yes, I decided to allow the "mean streets" to stand alone.
