thanks to one honest soul
I’ve begun finally to see the light
to keep on keeping on
writing and slobbering o’er the past
is quite detrimental to my life
why?
why do I do that
to myself
hard to explain
I’ve exorcised ALL my demons
writing about my past
has helped me to do that
but it isn't the same as it was years ago
to add to that
I am very happy and pleased with my life
for the first time ever
only thing I can say
for my keeping on, keeping on
is that is has truly become
a habit
no mas, no mas!

Ya know JP, I feel you here. My stuff was and is always soupy sappy love stuff by the sea..oh and it's always blue. Don't beat yourself up...as the saying goes, "don't worry be happy" it's all good.

I find writing it down gets it out of the way. Very therapeutic for me anyway. Yo quiero mas!

glad to see you still here. I confess to have stayed away for a while, but it's good to be reading you again and all the faithful poets here. Hope I can find something to inspire me to write again
