My entire life has been a jig-saw puzzle...
Pieces completely rearranged, such confusion
Every day I've spent searching for the answers
Left wondering what's real and what's an illusion

People say they understand and that they care
When I look around, they all disappear
Perhaps I'm just too damaged
As wetness meets my cheek, one single tear

I've had moments of love & happiness
Still even then I wondered for how long
I still continue to search for a safe place
A place where I belong

Just over the rainbows edge lies my fate
Somehow I will make it there, feel it deep inside
No matter how many times I fall
From my true self I will never hide
