Tortured Rose In essence of established petal lies the scent of [your] memory Just as two silks are stretched to quarter flip tautness so is the pang of hunger deep for one more whisper of you to caress my lips in desire Were the rings of oak to speak in language of passion secrets, the mystery of sanctified kiss would lie bare to wisdom's eye The trembles of breath in glow would buckle to the ears of night while memories shattered in silence Time offers resolve in slow pour as the sands of eternity drizzle against the curved reflections in life Should the shadow of tomorrow grace your sundial of today ... embrace the lyrics of noon while the heat of rhythm at play warms your pen of circumstance scripting a new moment of desire to rest on a petal of tortured rose Marc Christopher |

Man, that is sad. Were the rings of oak to speak in the language of passion secrets, they would weep torrents. |

"The trembles of breath in glow would buckle to the ears of night" Oh…to be that mighty! As always you bring your heart into your words so we can feel it. |
