within the gothic hour
when I die
a fierce wind will rage
like a tempest
gathering all my fears and crimes
to horde them
eventually to settle down
into a serene, velvety breeze
as it waits
in everlasting serenity
until I return

I hear you loud and clear, Bluesy. Thank you.

Sounds like you are going out in a blast of the past.I picture you blowing a new year's eve horn and wearing a top hat.Tipping it to all, while on the way. Me? I told my kids if I am ill to feed me doctored up brownies.I would never try anything while alive so I should make up for it in death and go out laughing, with a little help from my boys.I know they all tried pot and now it would be legal to give me a bit of it.  best to you Jo. P.S I will keep a good place open for you as I will go first.

HaH! Jo, you're a kick. Hell yeah, that's the way to leave, giggling and laughing like hell all the way. Thanks for starting my day off right this morning.

Hello Maureen, I appreciate you being here this morning. Yes, Jo had me smiling at her comments.
