perceived ideas
have made me
what I am today
what I was yesterday
and are the foundation
stones of all that I will be
tomorrow

if you think
I didn’t know,
perhaps you
should re-examine
your perceived ideas
before you
act on them

you know I’m
only in the dark
half the time

Touch, but don't look

Aren't you glad you're not a mushroom, Jack?

-this was very profound to me
"perhaps you
should re-examine
your perceived ideas
before you
act on them"-

I keep rereading and get something new each time

Same conclusion I came to years back.

I had to go back and read this over a few times, it has a very strong meaning, deepening. Well written.
