     Some Days

     some days there are tears
     others
     I am mad as hell
     on another
     I just want to forget
     but we never can
     of those we knew
     the one's dear
     the one's lost

Your grief is raw and unrelenting in this piece. Love has no greater tribute. ~L

I can relate, Krawdad, absolutely! Nice ink.

Conflicting emotions...I like to think  we are a better person to have crossed paths in some small way.  Along the same lines, better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

"I just want to forget
     but we never can"

Excellent write, this line often felt, but never had the words to express that emotion.

I like this reply to you as much as your poetry Krawdad. It's more than cliche', and it always has been.

Loving Linny Jean is poetry.
