He Said it in Greek (for bluesey Socatrees

Archemedes floated in his bath.
The water had a specific gravity of one.
“Urika.” He cried, reaching for the soap;
Except he said it in Greek.

Did Soophocles hear it on the Agean
Where ignorant armies fought by knight?
Was the hemlock half empty or half  full?

The Greeks were well aware of the hazards when reaching for soap. It's a 'legend' that exists to this day...in certain quarters.

"Eureka" in any language isn't a mere slip of the tongue.

Once the top half or the lower half of  hemlock is consumed...who's checking?

An inspiring post from one with a last name like 'Goose'.

...just bein' Bluesy
