The day is obeying
the freedom, to yawn

A river of veins is holding
its breath

Slathers of sol, warm
the defeated

All of the folds of her drapes,
are, completed

Our sigh is beholding, a lake
in the sky

The skin of her longing
is starting
to cry

Afoul of the whether, finally
takes plight

A stream of sub consciousness
screams, through the
night

They swim to the bank and they
took out
a moan

And spent it with interest
from sin
they atoned

I hope you forgive
all the thoughts, I
pretend

The edge of afraid is the meaning
of friend

Richy-
I adore this! It is a delightful tossed salad of words and meanings. Since you mentioned friend, I was just thinking about a late friend of mine...I might just repost...

Great wordplay here, Richy. I seem to say that often about your poems. Truth is out . . .
