The Bracelet

This bracelet is a token
Of love, from me to you
From the mountain of love
That's in my heart
That now comes shining thru.


Though second is,
And will always be
The order of your birth
It never did occur to me
You were anything but,first.


written 2002
1st poem after epiphany.
