I spent three nights in the fourteenth street,
In July, 1996
In New York, in the country of ambulances
Alone for to go in Kentucky,
In the dame small room,
With my backpack filled with illusions,
With my passport filled with poems
Three nights ordinary as my dreams,
I spent three nights in the fourteenth street,
With tightrope walker's air,
And all which I remember, it is of a girl,
An unknown who made a striptease in front of me,
After the bar-hopping of the Village,
Hunting my heart as a bad cat,
You will not know about it more...

sounds like something exciting to think upon for the moment, those rare memories we have but kinda reveal but never fully give up.

I think you have seen more of the states than I have, yann. Sounds like you had a good time too.

"And all which I remember, it is of a girl,
An unknown who made a striptease in front of me, . . .
"

Loved this line in particular, my friend --- really enjoyed "feeling" the whole piece.

Dear Yann, ahh the passport filled with poems ... isn't that just a great vision!

Freedom is felt and memories are very vivid. I enjoyed this very much.

Love,
Margherita
