Marsh Mallows

Where do marsh mallows come from?
Really, truly, seriously?
Like do they grow on the marsh mallow trees?
Next to the hot chocolate trees?
Do the bags of marsh mallows
fall from the marsh mallow trees
When the marsh mallows are ripe and are ready to be picked?
,Maybe Kat, the cat, can tell us
If they have marsh mallow trees in the marshes of Maine.

Where does cranberry sauce come from?
I mean really, truly, seriously?
Like is there a cranberry sauce tree?
Do the bottles of cranberry sauce
Fall from the cranberry sauce tree
When the cranberry sauce is ripe and ready to be picked?

Where does baking soda come from?
I know it comes from boxes, but,
Like is there a baking soda tree?
Do the boxes of baking soda
Drop from the baking soda tree
When the baking soda is ripe and ready to be picked?

And what about the hot chocolate tree?

Jaime

Well, dear Jaime, first of all Happy New Year to you!

I love trees and how we owe them our survival ... so the idea of magical trees like you see them appeals to me. Welcome to marshmallow trees, they are so colorful to look at. Better not pick up any marsh mallows though. It's a great spectacle for the eyes!

My favorite magical tree would be the chocolate tree.

Peace and joy.

Quite enchanting. If I could paint, my brush would be straight to hand to capture those images.

Just right for some holiday cheer -marshmallows, cranberry sauce and chocolates. Such whimsical thoughts - playful and engaging.

Enjoyed.
