Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Your hand is warm
as it wraps itself
around mine
and pulls it close.
My heart smiles
at your touch
and the want of me.
I am thick in contentedness.
My hand is flush with affection
as it gently squeezes yours.

Heavenly concoction holding hands.

You had me at, your hand is warm.

Such a seemingly-simple thing as a squeeze of hands can mean more than a cluster of diamonds. Beautiful.

You can be such a gentle romantic sweetheart and put down in words very well.

My dear friends,
How you bless my heart and inspire me! I am always surprised by what you do and do not comment on. You fool me every time though, on the ones I think least likely. You make a voice in the back of my head say,"Apparently, I am a poet." And for that, I am internally, and eternally grateful.

You do remind of that simple holding of each
the other's hand without any other intent, draws warmth into the heart and soul

This is sweet and beautiful   The simple yet heart-felt action of two hands touching and uniting is wonderful to me.
