they say music
can soothe the savage beast
no doubt there is
pleasing music in song
can put you in a better mood
I like music
it motivates my soul
so yes
it sometimes soothes
this savage beast
even if the tune goes away
I find it and keep it in
mind most of the day
and the words of amour you sing
gives me inspiration
to try to be the man
you desire of me
even if the song you sing
is Hit the Road Jack

Gee whiz, I'm glad she wasn't singing that one old song about a dead skunk lying in the middle of the road stinking to high heaven! Another one of your classic kick in the end poems my friend. Good one!

Thank you, Lori.

If they give you ruled paper write sideways.
