I used to have dreams I used to live in innocence these days no more dreams not a drop of innocence they have been flayed away if this happens to you you find yourself approaching oppressing obscurity where you reach out to the cyber world where it's easy to relate in a cyber-posturing way artificial to say the least I bare my heart to the world taking in the cyber-words like a mighty hug still, I live in my apprehensive world here enclosed in The Hovel my heart still beats dreams and innocence destroyed are my cold comfort

Ah the cyber world...for all the convenience it offers reaching far and wide in an instant. It still has the limitations of the ordinary world. And it will never be able to fill the shoes of a real live people. It is a Godsend to be able to keep in touch with people, it just won't allow that simple human touch that is so vital to our being.

Lori said it so well...my experience for the most part is...online friends or lovers can flip the switch at any given moment...or take on a false persona. I wasted a lot of time and energy on what was never real...to be fair I am the first to say we are all real people with real feelings.

I hear every word you say, Blues. I have only played the cyber-love game once, and on my side of the "couple" it was more of a hurting thing than the other. If they give you ruled paper write sideways.
