The clouds are rolling in...
flannel grey.
Gloomy day.
I will think of you today
as I did yesterday
and will tomorrow.
I will think of you today
with sorrow.
Like every other day.

To think with sorrow does make for a "flannel grey / Gloomy day," Ida. I know the feeling. Much related in the poem.

Ida, I don't know how I missed this earlier. Sometimes the grey days have us, and there is nothing to do but endure. I've always admired your ability to convey emotions with ease in your poetry.
